You are trying to install a Mac application on a Windows PC. While the reversed process is possible with emulators, there is currently no way to run Mac applications in Windows, unless you actually install the operating system in a virtual machine or Hackintosh your PC.
You can use Printershare as an alternative for the Windows operating system.

The printer has support for these versions of the Mac OS: 10.4,10.5 and 10.6. If you are using 10.7 or 10.8 then you will encounter problems with the basic function of the printer. You need the following: cable connection, operating system's version, installed drivers. Also, if you have one of the versions mentioned above related to the operating system then get download the necessary package. You can visit the official support website to acquire latest drivers based on the operating system's version.
