PDF Signer is intended to add signature, image and text stamps to your PDF documents. It has an easy-to-use interface which perfectly matches the intended workflow. Therefore, it is unlikely that you have any difficulty to use it, but in case you do, there is accompanying help documentation to answer any question.

It is good that the tool keeps a list of recently opened documents. However, it does not give you the choice of removing them from the list, which may compromise your privacy. Good news is that previewing the file’s contents is supported. Likewise, you can rotate pages if you need to.

The tool supports adding a formatted text annotation anywhere in the document. Likewise, it lets you insert any kind of image. However, it is best at including signatures. In this regard, it lets you create a collection of signatures you can stamp whenever you want. New signatures may come from existing signature images, like those scanned from paper. Moreover, there is a pad that lets you draw signatures and store them for future use. In all cases, the objects you add to your document can be placed exactly where you need them. Similarly, it is possible to resize or rotate them.

All in all, PDF Signer is a very easy way to stamp signatures on your PDF documents. The resulting files are rather light, which is very convenient if you need to share them with others. Besides, you can print them directly from the app. Other similar tools also allow signing PDF but they can also help you do much more, like annotating, commenting, certifying, editing contents, managing pages and converting to other formats. The product has a demo version that leaves a watermark on every page.
