To be honest, I'm no game developer and have never had anything to do with 3D games or 3D graphic engine, but some of buddies have, as they are members some indie game developing communities. I asked them a couple of times, what graphic engines they typically use, and many of them responded with the name 'Panda3D'. The greatest pro of the engine is that it is freeware, but at the same time it is also its greatest con, since being freeware automatically strips it of gobs of features, which no developer would like to provide his clients for free. As for the rest of the features, my friends calimthis engine is a decent one, having an amazingly wide range of those for a freeware program.
