OMA is a powerful software for processing and displaying photometric images. It provides functions such as displaying images with false color-maps, performing simple transformations (e.g. scaling, rotating, skewing, filtering, adding, subtracting, etc.), creating ASCII text files with OMA commands and executing them, performing auto and cross-correlation particle image velocimetry from particle images or image pairs, and reading, storing, and manipulating 2D vector fields.
