MemoryKeeper is a Mac utility that helps you boost the performance of your machine and works just like a system reboot. The application lives on your Menu Bar, comes with easy to configure settings, and immediately gets the job done without slowing down the performance of other running tools.
The main window of the program will let you know the amount of free memory you have left on your Mac. After you click the "Clean Memory" button, the application will start reclaiming memory and improve the performance of your system. In the main menu of the application, you will find an additional option for immediately cleaning up memory.
A great aspect about this utility is the fact that it features an automatic cleanup option. After you enable the aforementioned option and define the preferred memory threshold info in the Preferences panel, the application will automatically start reclaiming memory as soon as the Used value reaches the imposed limit.
The application also features a deep cleaning mode which might slow down the performance of your Mac but reclaims a lot more memory.
All in all, this program works flawlessly, and it's one of the best memory cleaners I installed on my Mac. Plus, it comes without a price. So, I'm definitely going to keep using it whenever my system is running slow and I need to boost up its performance.
