Image Capture transfers images between your digital camera or scanner and your Mac for use in iPhoto and other applications. You can download all or any portion of the contents of your digital camera, crop images to a variety of sizes, and delete unwanted pictures from your camera. Image Capture embeds ICC profiles in the images you download or scan, and it allows you to make slideshows with your photos and images and create a simple web page to share your favorite ones.

IMAGE CAPTURE - Import error (-9937)
MAC iMac 2011 running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
Never had a problem with Image Capture before, until recent iPhone update iOS 16.0.2, and now i can't download images, or video's.
I get Import error (-9937)
have sort to try find reason, and solution, but none work, or are recent to this problem.

I plug my iPhone into my MacBook Pro, launch Image Capture and only one of 900+ pics from Photos opens. Repeated attempts, no help. Program makes a 'gasping for air noise.'
