iJoysoft iPhone Transfer Ultimate is a iPhone backup utility. It allows you to download music, photos, videos and more from your device and save that data on your computer. Additionally, you can do the opposite; put content on your device. This is great because it eliminates the need of syncing with iTunes. I don't really have a problem with iTunes, but I know people who hate the process. This app should also support the iPod, just like the iPod Transfer Ultimate app supports the iPhone. In case you bough that one, you don't need to buy this one. They are almost identical.
When you connect your supported device to your Mac, the app will detect it and display a summary of it. It will also show all of its files, sorted into categories. If you want to download a file, all you need to do is check a box next to it and click on the "Copy files to cache" button. If you want to put content on your device, simply click on the "Add file to device" button, and select the file that you want to copy. If the file isn't in a format supported by iTunes (and hence not supported by the iPhone), the application will convert it using a built-in video converter. There is also a DVD ripper that you can use to rip your DVD movies and convert them into H.264 and MPEG-4 files.
