Access and edit files stored on your iPhone or iTouch from the desktop of your Mac. Browse and organize your data, transfer files and folder and export info to your hard drive. Process media files, backups, iCloud content, bookmarks, applications, and so on.

iExplorer provides you with an easy and quick way to transfer files from your iOS device to your Mac. The program features a straightforward and nicely-designed interface, supports various iPod, iPad, and iPhone models, and allows you to pre-listen and preview the files within your iOS gadget.

This application also comes as an efficient solution for backing up the data from your iOS device to your computer or iTunes library. You can use the app to back up messages, photos, contacts info, bookmarks, and many others.

Another advantage is the fact that the program provides you with an integrated search tool that helps you easily find the files you wish to back up or preview. What's more, iExplorer features an option to auto back up everything from your iOS device to your Mac.

In my testing, the app worked flawlessly. However, I have a single complaint: it lacks an option to transfer data from Mac to an iOS gadget. This aspect might prove to be an important disadvantage, especially since many other apps similar to iExplorer offer you this feature.

As a conclusion, my advice to you is to try another iOS file manager if you require an option to transfer data between your iPad, iPod or iPhone and Macs.
