Carl Johnson, after fleeing the challenging life in Los Santos, San Andreas five years ago, must return to his hometown in the early 90s. In Los Santos, a city mired in gang conflicts, drug issues, and rampant corruption, even celebrities and wealthy individuals strive to steer clear of the dangerous underworld.
