Info updated on:

Fleep is a client that lets you chat with your friends and colleagues as well as share any type of data with them. Unlike many other similar tools, Fleep has the advantage of allowing its users to send messages to anyone with an email account. The application’s interface has a beautiful well-organized layout. To connect to their network, you need to authenticate first, which you can do through a Fleep account as well as your Google or Microsoft accounts.

You can easily manage your contacts and even import them from your Google account. Likewise, the tool has a built-in search function that lets you find other users by their name, user name or email address.

Then, you can start a new conversation by clicking on the contact’s info. Fortunately, you can open as many simultaneous conversations as you need. Besides, the tool luckily supports group conversations, which is essential for team projects.

There are many benefits you can get from chatting with Fleep. For instance, you can pin relevant messages so that you can find them easier. Moreover, you can configure the tool to send you notifications to your regular email account when there is an incoming message. It is excellent that it also has built-in task management.

All in all, Fleep facilitates personal and professional communication with the advantage that it synchronizes your messages across all your devices. It provides quite the same as other similar services, including voice chats. However, its narrower user base makes it less appropriate for teamwork, as you would need to convince everyone in the group to move to Fleep. Likewise, voice chats do not have steady quality.

The tool is free to download, but the features you get depend on the type of license you buy. In this respect, it is a good idea to consider your needs before spending any money as there is a basic license available for free. It allows you an unlimited number of 1:1 conversations, up to three group conversations and 10 Gb of storage space. In case you need more, like unlimited team communication, customization and more file storage, you can then see if the Business or the Enterprise licenses provide what you need.
