Express Invoice invoicing software 3.2

Express Invoice is an app that lets you create and keep a record of your invoices. If you are a freelancer, and you are asked for invoices frequently, you know what a pain in the neck it is to do those in Excel. This app gives a simple, yet elegant way of creating good-looking invoices, and keeping a record of all the invoices you send, the money you earn, and the customers who owe you money.

The main window consists of a toolbar with a few options, and two panes below that. The one on the left gives you a quick access to all the application's features, and the one on the right shows the more important tasks. Some tasks are repeated in both panes.
From either pane, you can create a new invoice. When you click on the "Create New Invoice" button, a new window will pop-up. Here you can add all the details about this invoice. You can specify who you are billing, for what, the price of your services or items you are selling, an address and the salesperson. All the data that you input here, will be saved so that you can use it later. Next time you want to bill the same customer, the process will be easier because all of the data will be already available.

You can mark invoices as paid or unpaid, and the application can keep a record of this, showing you in the reports how much you are owed. After you are done creating an invoice, you can fax it or e-mail it to your client straight from the application.

All in all, Express Invoice is very easy to use, but it is robust. There are tons of settings, so make sure to try it for yourself if you need an invoicing application.
