This program was created for people who need to easily manage their invoices and payments. The application provides you with multiple features that help you keep track of your bills, gives you access to detailed reports based on your payments, allows you to print, email or fax invoices, and so much more.
Before using Express Invoice invoicing software on your Mac you need to create a profile for your company. The business information can always be altered from the Preferences panel of the program. Next, you need to add or import customer details, product information (the items you sell), etc. Once you finish entering the aforementioned details, you can start creating invoices, generating reports, etc.
On the left side of the main screen, you will find all of the built-in tools, each with easy-to-configure settings. They can also be accessed from the main menu of the utility.
A good aspect is that you can create and run recurring invoices or orders. In addition, the app provides you with an option to automatically send statements to customers with overdue payments.
There were a couple of things that bothered me while testing the application. For starters, the program lacked a built-in help guide which might have proved to be of good use when searching for a certain feature or item category (I had trouble locating the Drafts group). Furthermore, the utility supports only 2 output formats when it comes to exporting reports: PDF and CSV.
Still, this program might be the right choice for you if the aforementioned issues don't mean much to you.
