If you added a folder into the list panel accidentally, you can remove it easily with just a click of a button. The tool allows you to narrow your search for duplicates by size and extension. Thus, you are provided with two easily manageable sliders that will let you determine the minimum and maximum file size interval to be taken into account during the scan operation. In addition, you can narrow the search even more by asking the program to look for duplicates within specified file extensions. Unfortunately, file category filters aren't supported, although they may be more appreciated by common users than the file extension criterion.
Once the scan operation is completed, a new window is displayed, giving you the chance to browse for those duplicate files that are worth deleting. The app doesn't come with a preview of the identified items, yet it offers the ability to open them in Finder from within the program. The selected duplicates will be moved to Trash or removed permanently, as you prefer.
