Work with the Compiled HTML data available in Microsoft Help elements. Open those files in Mac OS X, view the content, modify it and save the changes. The program manages multiple CHTML files simultaneously and supports 100% native Cocoa applications.

Chmox is a viewer for Microsoft Help "CHM" (aka Compiled HTML) files on Mac OS X. It is open source, free, fast and efficient, 100% native Cocoa (uses Safari engine) application. Requirements

To be honest, prior to that program I had no idea what CHM documents are. No I can even read them and do it regularly. The program fulfills its functions flawlessly, which is nice, taking into account it's freeware. That's why I love the open source projects:if you dig enough into that huge pile of you-know-what, you're sure to find some strikingly beautiful pearls.
