Back To the Future 1 is the first episode of Back to the Future: The Game. The game takes place six months after the events of the third film, and it includes Marty McFly, Doc and many other characters that you have seen in the movie as well as some new ones. The game is available for multiple platforms, including Mac, PC, Playstation and Wii. In this game you control Marty. You use the keyboard or mouse to explore the various 3D environments and you can perform actions, investigate objects, talk to characters, and solve puzzles. I will tell you how the episode starts but will try my best to avoid incurring in too many spoilers. But before I do that, I recommend that you play this game if you like the movies. You will absolutely love it.
The game starts with Marty and Doc re-living the starting scene of the Back to the Future movies, in which Einstein is put in the Delorean for a trip to the future. In this case the experiment doesn't work and Doc vanishes as if he never had existed. Then, you wake up at home and head to Doc's house. He's been gone for some time and the State is selling his property. You have to find a key object to continue the game.
That's just a small summary of the first few minutes of action. I found that episode 1 played just like a movie. There were lots of things to do and talking to people played a big role in this episode. The hints help you a lot when you get stuck, and you can choose the number of hints to be shown from the options. If you want to make the game harder, you can choose less hints.
