AVCWare Blu-ray Ripper is a video conversion utility that can be used to convert your BluRay movies into video files that you can play on your computer, or on one of many mobile multimedia playback devices. This app has very good output format support, and, like many other converters, it also includes a long list of conversion profiles, which are pre-configured conversion settings for optimized playback on specific devices. Some of the available ones are for devices like the iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone, AppleTV, gaming consoles, Android smartphones, and other video players.
When you load your Blu-ray movie, all the titles that make it up will be listed on the main window. If you have ever used a DVD ripper, then you know the drill. You can select individual titles and convert them to any format that you want. In addition, there are three drop-down menus at the top of the window, from where you can choose the audio and subtitle track that you want to use for each title and if the movie has different angles, you can also select one.
There is a fully-featured video editor that allows you to trim and crop your videos, adjust some of their properties, and even convert 2D content to 3D and viceversa.
In short, this Blu-ray ripper works like a charm and it has all the settings that you would probably need to convert your movies to a lot of different formats. The only thing that I would add is support for DVDs.
