As you can guess from its name, Aiseesoft PDF Converter can help you convert PDF documents to other formats. This can be useful when you need to edit the contents of the original files or distribute them in other ways. The learning curve of this application is fairly flat, much more so if you have experience with other applications of the same type.

The interface design is fairly conventional, in the sense that it is probably too similar to other file and media converters. It is an obvious advantage that you can process batches of files and thus save time. For this purpose, you must create a list of items to convert. Fortunately, you can add not only individual files but also entire folders. In this regard, it is also convenient that drag-and-drop operations are supported.

It is good that you do not necessarily have to convert the whole file, instead, you can choose the range of pages to process. In addition, to help you with the selection, the application allows you to preview the contents of the documents. On the other hand, it is a pity that combining a selection of pages into a new document is not allowed.

Once you have selected the source files and page ranges for each of them, you can proceed to choose an output format. Fortunately, the range of extensions is quite wide, and includes not only documents such as HTML, TIFF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLSX, PPTX and EPUB, but also images such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TGA, PPM and TIFF. You can also define other output parameters, like their size, color and quality. more
