Absolute Radio 90s Player lets you tune in to this UK radio on your Mac. This app lets you listen to music from the 80s, 90s, and recent music. It comes with five different radio stations that you can listen to. Each radio station shows the name of the song that is being played and the name of the artist. I like the fact that you can install this app and start listening to music in less than 10 seconds. The radio stations all connected really quickly, with the exception of the "Extras" station, which failed to load at all.

The graphical user interface is quite simple. The main window consists of the links to the different radio stations at the top, some space where the song information and the name of the station currently playing is displayed, and the controls at the bottom. You can play and pause the station and change the volume. To switch stations, you simply have to click on the station's names at the top.

I found that the sound quality for all the working radio stations was more than acceptable. I found that some of the ads lasted for longer than I would want them to. In some instances, there were four or more ads in between songs.

All in all, this is a free app that lets you listen to radio stations from the UK. You will hear your share of ads, but there is some nice music as well.
